2. Wait for the setup — don't chase.

FOMO kills more accounts than bad analysis. If you missed the entry, there's always another one. The market isn't going anywhere.

3. Journal everything.

Every trade I take gets logged — entry, exit, thesis, emotions. After 3 months of journaling, I started seeing patterns in my own behavior that no indicator could show me.
