5 Notion Setups That Actually Stick (No BS Productivity)

Most productivity systems fail because they're too complicated.

After testing dozens of setups, here are the 5 that actually work long-term:

1. The 3-Block Day

Divide your day into 3 blocks: Deep Work, Admin, and Personal. Assign tasks to each. That's it. No 30-minute time slots.

2. The 1-Line Habit Tracker

Forget complex habit dashboards. One row per habit, one checkbox per day. If you can see the streak, you won't break it.

3. Sunday Reset Reviews

15 minutes every Sunday: What worked? What didn't? What's the #1 priority for next week? Write it down, move on.

4. Project Kanban with Deadlines

3 columns: To Do, In Progress, Done. Every task gets a deadline. If it doesn't have a deadline, it doesn't exist.

5. The Goals Dashboard

Set 3 goals per quarter. Track weekly progress with a simple percentage. Review monthly. Adjust or double down.

I built Notion templates for all 5 of these. They're clean, minimal, and ready to use in 2 minutes.
