How I'd make my first $100 flipping with almost no cash
Most people lose money on their first flip because they buy something they like, not something that already sells.
Here is the process I walk beginners through:
1. Start with sold comps, not the item.
Search completed listings for something boring that moves every week — cables, kitchen tools, kids' brands, workwear. If it is not selling now, you do not buy it.
2. Use free or cheap sources first.
Facebook Marketplace, garage sales, thrift clearance, free piles. You do not need $500 of inventory. You need one item with a spread after fees.
3. Price the fees before you buy.
eBay / Marketplace take a cut. Shipping eats thin margins. If profit after fees is under $20, skip it and find the next one.
4. List the same day you buy.
Sitting on product is how beginners stall. One item listed beats five items in a closet.
5. Track the number.
Buy cost, fees, sold price, profit. If you cannot say the profit out loud, you did not finish the flip.
That is the whole game at the start: one clean flip, then another. The Discord is built around that — daily deals, pricing checks, and a 7-day first-flip course — not a pile of random “make money” channels.
