Policies

What are the Terms of Service?

By subscribing to Project X CRM, you agree to use the platform for lawful business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account credentials with unauthorized users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Project X CRM for the duration of your billing period.

What is the Privacy Policy?

We take your privacy seriously. Project X CRM collects only the data necessary to provide our service — including account information, CRM data you input, and usage analytics. We never sell your personal data to third parties. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.

What is the Refund Policy?

We offer a 1-day free trial so you can evaluate Project X CRM risk-free before committing. Because of this, all payments after the trial period are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, contact our support team and we'll work to resolve it. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What about shipping / delivery?

Project X CRM is a 100% digital product. There is no physical shipping. Upon successful payment, you receive instant access to the full platform — no downloads, no installation, no waiting. Access is delivered immediately through your Whop membership.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account data is retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting any critical data before your access expires.

Do you share my information with third parties?

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be shared with essential service providers (e.g., payment processing) required to operate the platform, and only under strict data protection agreements.

Why most B2B SaaS teams lose deals (and how to fix your pipeline)

If your sales team is losing deals, the problem usually isn't your product — it's your pipeline.

Most B2B SaaS companies are running their CRM like a glorified spreadsheet. Contacts get stale. Follow-ups get missed. Reps waste hours on manual data entry instead of actually selling.

Here's what I've seen work after building CRM systems for years:

1. Automate the busywork. Every minute a rep spends logging calls or updating stages is a minute they're not closing. Your CRM should handle that automatically.

2. Kill the dead leads faster. If a prospect hasn't engaged in 14 days, they're not "thinking about it" — they're gone. Build triggers that surface this instead of letting deals rot in your pipeline.

3. Make the data work for you. Most teams have all the data they need to predict which deals will close. They just never look at it because their CRM makes it painful to find.

We built Project X CRM specifically for B2B SaaS sales teams who are tired of fighting their tools instead of closing deals. Clean pipeline management, smart automations, and analytics that actually tell you something useful.

Currently offering a 1-day free trial so you can see the difference yourself.
