The 20-Minute Friday Review That Replaces Your Content Strategy
Most solo agency owners I know have the same problem: they do great client work all week, then stare at a blank doc on Friday trying to figure out what to post.
Here's what I've learned: you don't need a content strategy. You need a proof audit.
Every week you make decisions for clients. You get reactions. You deliver results. That's proof — and it's already sitting in your Slack threads, email chains, and screenshot folders.
The problem isn't that you have nothing to say. The problem is you're treating scattered evidence like trash instead of treating it like content.
Here's the framework:
Take 20 minutes on Friday. Open your last week of client work. Sort what you find into three categories:
1. Decisions — "We chose X over Y because..." These read better than case studies because they show judgment, not just results.
2. Reactions — A client message that says "this is exactly what I needed" is more credible than any testimonial you could write.
3. Results — Doesn't have to be a 10x return. "Saved the client 3 hours this week" is proof. Small proof is still proof.
Three items. Three piles. Three posts for next week.
The trick is that proof doesn't have to be big to be credible. A single screenshot of a client saying "yes, let's go with that" carries more weight than a thread of abstract advice.
If you run a solo agency, a freelance brand, or a consultancy where the calendar is always full but the content feed is always empty — I built a free ebook around this exact framework.
It's called the Proof Ladder. It turns one busy week into three publishable content angles. Free download, no catch.
