Been coaching PUBG Mobile players for a while now. Almost every player stuck in Diamond/Crown is making the same 3 mistakes:

1. Hot dropping every game

I get it — it's fun. But if you're trying to push rank, your K/D matters less than your placement consistency. Land mid-tier spots like Georgopol containers, Novo apartments, or Pochinki edges. Loot up, then hunt.

2. Running the same loadout regardless of circle

M416 + KAR98 is solid, but it's not always the play. Final circles closing on open ground? You need a Bolty + DP-28. Urban endgame? Groza + Mini. Adapt your loadout to the zone.

3. Rotating too late

This is the #1 killer. If you're running from blue zone, you're already losing. Check the minimap every 30 seconds. Start rotating when the timer hits 1:00, not when the zone starts moving.
