How long did your Discover review actually take?
Genuine question for anyone who's been through it — I'm trying to work out what's normal.
We submitted three listings on Aug 21. It's now Sept 3. Thirteen days, all three still "Pending review for Discover". No rejection, no request for changes, no signal of any kind.
Support has been honest with me, which I appreciate: they've told me plainly they can't see the backend state of a listing, and that there's no escalation path for one sitting in manual review, no matter how long it's been. So nobody can tell me whether my listings are in a queue or fell out of one. From the outside those look identical.
So I'd rather ask people who've actually done it:
• How long did yours take from submission to approved?
• Did you get a notification when it moved, or did you just notice the status change?
• Has anyone had one sit two weeks or more and then go through fine?
Context in case it matters: products are live and taking payments, checklist complete, nothing flagged on our end. We're a 24/7 cloud streaming tool, and support mentioned early on that anything pushing automated streams to third-party platforms gets extra scrutiny. If that's a slower lane, I'd genuinely like to know, and I'll stop refreshing the page.
Not a complaint. I just want a benchmark so I can plan instead of guess.
