Inbound mail should be classified before anyone writes a reply
Most teams still treat every contact-form message as equally urgent. That is why sales sits in the same queue as password resets, order tracking, and spam.
A usable first pass is boring:
SALES
SUPPORT
ORDER
OTHER
Then a score, a HOT/WARM/COLD label, and a hard rule: if the model would have to invent a price, a delivery date, a spec, or a policy, it does not answer. It writes a holding draft and flags human review.
Auto-sending is the last step, not the first. If you cannot log the classification to a sheet and review it for a week, you are not ready to let the model talk to customers.
That is the operating model behind QualiReply AI. The n8n template is built that way on purpose.
