Most courier jobs fail at the handoff, not the drive
The van is the easy part. Jobs go wrong when the package isn't ready, the unit number is missing, or nobody is at the door.
Before you book a run:
Write the full pickup and drop-off, including unit, buzzer, and gate code.
Label the package with both addresses, not just a name.
Be at pickup. If we wait, the whole route slips.
One owner, one instruction. Don't send three people with three versions of the same drop.
That's how point-to-point transport stays on time. Book the run when the package is actually ready to leave.
