Before you book a run:

• Write the full pickup and drop-off, including unit, buzzer, and gate code.

• Label the package with both addresses, not just a name.

• Be at pickup. If we wait, the whole route slips.

• One owner, one instruction. Don't send three people with three versions of the same drop.
