Desk rules

• Risk 0.25% to 0.5% per idea until you have 20 journaled trades that followed the plan
• One runner per instrument
• Stop hit means the idea is over. No average-down
• Daily cap: 2R or 1.5% of the account
• Two-minute blackout after CPI, FOMC, NFP, and GDP unless the chat says the idea is still valid
