I've killed a lot of plants. Like, a LOT. But after years of trial and error (and a few emotional goodbyes to overwatered ferns), I've found three that are basically indestructible — and they still make your space look incredible.

1. Pothos (Devil's Ivy)

This one thrives on neglect. Low light? Fine. Forgot to water it for two weeks? It's vibing. It trails beautifully off shelves and grows fast enough to actually feel rewarding.

2. Snake Plant (Sansevieria)

The ultimate "I have no idea what I'm doing" plant. It purifies your air, tolerates any light condition, and only needs water every 2-3 weeks. Put it in a cool geometric pot and it looks like you hired an interior designer.

3. ZZ Plant

Glossy, architectural leaves that look expensive. Handles low light like a champ and stores water in its rhizomes so it basically waters itself. This is the plant that makes guests think you have your life together.

If you're just starting your plant journey, grab one of these three. Pair them with a pot that actually has personality (not those generic plastic ones) and suddenly your whole room feels different.
