I used to think productivity was about waking up at 5am and doing cold plunges. Spoiler: it's not.
After testing dozens of frameworks, I narrowed it down to 3 systems that actually moved the needle:
1. The 3-3-3 Method
Every morning, pick 3 tasks, block 3 hours of deep work, and maintain 3 daily habits. That's it. No complex Notion dashboards needed (at first).
2. Energy mapping
Stop scheduling hard tasks when your brain is fried. Track your energy for one week — you'll find 2-3 peak hours where you do 80% of your real work. Protect those hours ruthlessly.
3. Weekly reset ritual
Every Sunday, 20 minutes: review what worked, dump what didn't, set 3 intentions for the week. Sounds basic, but it compounds fast.
I built templates around all three of these inside Radiant Files — ready-to-use planners, trackers, and guides so you don't have to start from scratch.
