The #1 mistake beginner forex traders make with supply & demand zones
Most beginners draw supply and demand zones on every single consolidation they see on the chart. They end up with 15+ zones on one pair and wonder why nothing works.
Here's the truth: not every consolidation is a valid zone.
A real supply or demand zone has 3 things:
• Strong departure — price left the area aggressively with large-bodied candles
• Fresh — price hasn't returned to test the zone yet
• Timeframe alignment — the zone makes sense on a higher timeframe, not just the 5m
If you're drawing zones that price has already passed through twice, you're not trading supply and demand — you're trading old support and resistance with a different name.
The fix is simple: less is more. Focus on 2-3 clean zones per pair on the H4/Daily. Wait for price to come to you. Don't chase.
This one shift took me from blowing accounts to actually being consistent.
I teach this exact framework inside my bootcamp — live chart breakdowns, playbooks, and a community of traders who actually put in the work. If you're serious about learning supply & demand the right way, come through.
