The V2 Update Is Here — Your Deal Council Just Got a Memory, a Dashboard, and a Voice

The update I've been building for months is done, tested, and ready for your install. This is the biggest upgrade since Deal Council launched, and it changes what your copy actually is: less a smart chat window, more a working member of your business.
Here's what's new, in plain terms.
It remembers now.
Your Deal Council keeps a real memory between sessions. The seller you discussed last Tuesday, the numbers on that Maple Street deal, the way you like your offers structured — say "remember this" and it's kept. Ask about it next week and it comes back. Everything stays on your own machine, in a private database. Nothing leaves your computer.
It works like a chief of staff, not a chatbot.
V2 runs in Partnership Mode: it anticipates what matters, shows up with the brief already written, recommends a path, and pushes back when it has a reason to. You still make every call. You can name it during setup, and it answers to that name. And the question I built this whole layer around — "what needs my attention right now?" — returns the one thing that matters most for your pipeline, not a wall of tasks.
It knows when to interrupt you — and when not to.
A seller signing today, a title problem blocking a close, a deadline that's actually today: those reach your phone immediately through Telegram. Everything routine waits for your briefing. Your focus time is defended by design.
You get a real dashboard — and it talks.
hq is your new home screen: a live orb that shows when your assistant is idle, thinking, or speaking, a "Needs You" strip for anything waiting on your decision, and a chat dock that spawns real work. Click the mic and talk to it out loud — it answers in a voice, out of the box. One command starts all of it: dashboard in your browser, assistant in your terminal, Telegram connected. Type hq, the whole thing comes up.
Your phone is a full channel.
Text your Deal Council from the field like you'd text a partner. Forward a seller's message and ask "how do I respond?" Capture a lead from the driveway. The Telegram setup that was unreliable in V1 is rebuilt and solid — and the system now guards itself against the misconfiguration that used to make bots go silent.
The math is computed, not guessed.
MAO, ARV adjustments, amortization, flip profit, returns — these now run through real calculators. The assistant handles judgment and phrasing; actual arithmetic is done by actual arithmetic.
It gets better the more you use it.
This is the part I'm proudest of. Your Deal Council now reviews its own work: after your sessions, it looks at what went well and what didn't, tracks which skills you actually use, and folds what it learns back into how it operates. Correct it once — "that offer letter was too formal" — and the lesson sticks to that skill permanently. A weekly digest shows you what it noticed and what it suggests improving. Most software wears out as your business outgrows it. This one grows in.
Updates can never eat your work.
This one matters more than it sounds. From V2 forward, every update classifies every file before writing a byte: your deals, notes, memory, and settings are invisible to the updater, and anything you've customized gets a prompt instead of a silent overwrite. Full backup before it starts, one command to undo. You will never lose work to an update — that's built in, not promised.
Your business gets a fire escape.
A weekly backup writes a sealed copy of your whole business — deals, notes, the assistant's memory — to a destination you choose, with optional encryption so the cloud only ever sees scrambled data. If your laptop dies tomorrow, three commands bring your entire operation back on a new machine.
Plus: a one-command health check when something feels off (doctor), an activation board that shows exactly what's ready and what needs attention, a way to customize any skill so your edits survive every future update, and a curated skill set focused on what you actually use — deals, outreach, research, ops.
How you get it
