Claude Code hooks that run every session — not another markdown pack.

• Session-open summary: every session starts with the date, git state, your MEMORY.md index and yesterday’s handoff note.
• Rule feeder: each prompt gets only the rules.md sections and memories whose keywords it contains — import your CLAUDE.md in one command.
• No-dodge Stop hook: Claude can’t stop on “you’ll need to restart the server”, “this should work” or “Should I proceed?” (English, Japanese, German, Spanish, Portuguese) — it does the work or names the blocker.
• Budget guard + API-credit forks: background claude --bare workers need an API key (they never touch your subscription), reserve their maximum in a daily/monthly dollar ledger and stop at the cap.
• okit-cache: your own cache-read share and requests per prompt, before and after a date.
