Fanout is a standalone publishing application.

It is not a theme pack, not a caption generator, and not a growth panel. It is the system an operator uses to turn one source document into network-specific drafts, then publish only after human approval.

• Ingest: Gmail label to-fanout (or a pasted briefing)
• Transform: per-channel voice — LinkedIn long-form, X short line, Telegram brief
• Stage: Postiz calendar, type = draft
• Release: you schedule. The app does not fire raw mail at the public

WHY IT STANDS ALONE
Buffer is a queue. Zapier is a pipe. Fanout is the operator layer between them: policy, voice split, and an approval gate. Built for people who cannot afford a wrong post on a professional or public account.
