Here’s how we get started.

AGENCY SYSTEMS & SUPPORT

After payment, we collect your company branding, agent information, reporting hierarchy, and onboarding details.

We also request your previous 60 days of production data, where available, so we have a starting point to compare progress.

Your branded hub is set up within five business days after we receive your completed onboarding information. We coordinate your weekly owner meeting, weekly agent training, and private Discord support.

PRIVATE COACHING & 10-SESSION PACKS

After purchasing, message me here on Whop with:

• Your order information

• The agent’s name and email

• Their biggest challenge

• Your preferred meeting times

The agency owner coordinates the booking. Each session is one private recorded hour with me and the agent, focused on practice and a clear action plan. The owner receives a brief recap afterward.

For coaching packs, allocate your ten sessions across your agency’s agents and use them within 90 days of purchase.
