Busy people don't fail training because they're lazy. They fail because the plan is too big.

I used to write 5-day programs for people who had 3 days. Then I'd watch them ghost by week two and call it a motivation problem.

It wasn't.

If you work a real job, you don't have a "training lifestyle." You have windows. Tuesday after work. Saturday morning if nothing blows up. That's it.

A good plan for that life has three rules:

Three sessions. Not five. If you hit all three, you won the week. A fourth session is optional, never required.

45 minutes, not 90. Compound lifts. Get in, get the work done, leave. The extra accessory work is what makes people skip the whole session.

The week doesn't restart. Miss Thursday? Do Thursday on Friday. Don't throw the week out and "start fresh Monday." That's how people stay beginners for two years.

Most programs are written for people who already train. This one is written for people who keep almost training.

If that's you, Rep Room is a weekly plan plus a room of people logging the same three sessions. No 12-week transformations. Just showing up.
