A draft is not a send

A bot that hits send is a different job than a desk that drafts.

If you want the send to stay yours: one pass, Reply / Route / Archive, then only write Reply.

$49 inbox triage is 50 sorted and 15 drafts. Research desk, SOP pack, and Recurring loop are $49 and one each. Inbox Desk $99 is 150/40. Inbox Week $199 is 300/80 and takes 3–5 business days.

We never hit send

If the pile is about 50 and you will not let a bot reply as you, that is the $49 job.

Reply / Route / Archive. Up to 15 drafts. You send. We never send as you.

Drop the business name and which mailbox in Sprint chat when you are in.

Unread is not a to-do list

Unread is not a to-do list.

If a message isn't yours to answer, don't write a polite delay. Route it. If it isn't an action, don't leave it unread as a reminder. Archive it.

The trap is mixing Reply, Route, and Archive in one sitting. That's how twelve minutes becomes an hour.

$49 is 50 emails sorted, 15 drafts. We draft. You send.

The last click should stay yours.

A desk can sort Reply / Route / Archive and draft the replies. You still hit send. That's the whole job.

$49 inbox triage is 50 emails sorted and 15 drafts. Inbox Desk is 150/40 at $99. Inbox Week is 300/80 at $199 and takes 3–5 business days. Other $49 jobs are one workflow.

Sort first. Write second.

Your inbox isn't overflowing because you get too much mail. It's overflowing because every message is waiting on a decision you haven't made yet.

Every open email is one of three things.

Reply. You owe words.

Route. Someone else owns it.

Archive. You already know.

One pass. No composing. Then only open Reply.

$49 inbox triage is 50 emails sorted and 15 drafts. You send. That is the cap.
