The habit that actually moved the needle for my busy clients
Most 'busy professional' wellness advice fails for one reason: it assumes people have room in their day for a 90-minute gym block and meal prep on Sundays. They don't.
What's actually worked with the people I coach: we don't touch their schedule at all for the first 2 weeks. We touch their energy triggers instead — the 3pm crash, the after-work binge-eat, the wired-but-tired bedtime scroll. Fix those and the rest (workouts, food, sleep) gets dramatically easier because you're not white-knuckling it on empty.
If you're a 30-50 year old professional who's tried the discipline route and it hasn't stuck — it's probably not a discipline problem. Happy to share the exact framework if people want it in the comments.
