The system I built to rebuild my life after living in a van

I spent two years living in a van. Not the Instagram version — the real one. Dissociation episodes, no routine, no structure, no idea what I was doing next.

The thing that actually pulled me out wasn't motivation or a mindset shift. It was a boring Notion dashboard.

I built myself a system:

  • A daily reset tracker (morning + evening, 5 min max)

  • A life audit page that forced me to be honest about where I was at

  • A 90-day roadmap that broke "fix my entire life" into weekly chunks

  • A habit stacker that made new behaviors stick without willpower

It wasn't pretty at first. But it worked. Every day I opened it, I had one less decision to make. One less thing to figure out. The structure did the heavy lifting while I healed.

I turned it into a template because other people kept asking me for it.

If you're in a rebuild season — whether it's after burnout, a breakup, a move, or just feeling lost — this might help. No toxic positivity. Just honest structure that meets you where you are.

It's called the Life Reset Dashboard. $12 one-time. Built it for people like us.
