The 3-step framework that took me from awkward founder calls to a repeatable close

Most founders overcomplicate sales. They read 10 books, watch 50 YouTube videos, and still freeze up when a prospect says "let me think about it."

Here's the framework I use on every single sales call. It works whether you're selling SaaS, services, or coaching.

Step 1: Diagnose before you prescribe.

Stop pitching in the first 5 minutes. Ask questions that make the prospect feel understood. "What have you tried so far?" and "What happens if nothing changes?" are worth more than any feature demo.

Step 2: Match the pain to one outcome.

Don't list 12 benefits. Find the ONE thing they care about most and tie your entire pitch to that. If they said "I'm losing deals to competitors," everything you say should ladder back to winning those deals.

Step 3: Create a decision, not a "next step."

"I'll send over a proposal" is where deals go to die. Instead: "Based on what you told me, here's what I'd recommend. Does this make sense for you to move forward on today?"

That's it. No tricks, no manipulation. Just structure.

Inside Revenue Room, I break these frameworks down in detail — with scripts, live call recordings, and feedback from other founders who are actively closing. If you're a growth-stage founder ready to stop winging your sales calls, this is the room.
