The 3 things I'd do differently if I were starting an online business from scratch
I've helped dozens of people go from "I want to make money online" to actually making money online. Here's what I've learned:
1. Pick ONE thing and go deep
Most beginners try dropshipping, then crypto, then freelancing, then courses — all in the same month. Pick one business model. Commit for 90 days. That's it. You'll learn more in 3 focused months than 2 scattered years.
2. Sell before you build
Don't spend 6 months building something nobody wants. Find 5 people with the problem you want to solve. Talk to them. If they'd pay for a solution — sell it, then build it. Pre-selling is the ultimate validation.
3. Marketing > Product (at first)
Your product doesn't need to be perfect on day one. It needs to be good enough to deliver value. But without marketing, nobody will ever see it. Learn to get attention first. Polish second.
These aren't just theories — they're the exact playbooks inside Revenue School. If you're a complete beginner looking to build your first online business, this is the bootcamp that gets you there.
