One important thing I want to be honest with you about. Revolution is an independent operation run by one person. When a payment dispute gets raised directly with a bank instead of coming to me first, the automated system charges me roughly five times the original payment amount in dispute fees on top of refunding what you paid. A six dollar subscription becomes a thirty five dollar loss on my end before I even know there was a problem.

I am not saying this to guilt anyone. I am saying it because I will always sort out any issue faster than a bank will, with zero extra cost to either of us, and you get a real human response within hours instead of waiting weeks for a bank process to resolve.

If anything is ever wrong, email comes first. I promise I will make it right.
