The real reason you can't wake up early (it's not discipline)

Everyone thinks waking up early is about willpower. Set the alarm, grit your teeth, force yourself out of bed.

That's why it never sticks.

I spent years hitting snooze. I'd set 3 alarms, put my phone across the room, try every app. Nothing worked for more than a week.

Here's what actually changed everything: I stopped trying to wake up alone.

When you know someone is waiting for you at 5:30AM — not an app, not a notification, an actual person — something shifts. You don't want to let them down. Then you don't want to let yourself down. Then one day you realize you don't even need the alarm anymore.

That's why I built Rise Collective. 3 mornings a week, a group of women show up at 5:30AM EST. We move our bodies, share a quick teaching moment, and hold each other to the standard we set for ourselves.

No replays. No "catch up later." You're either there or you're not. That's what makes it work.

If you've been telling yourself "I'll start waking up early" for months and it hasn't happened yet, you don't need another app. You need a room full of women who refuse to let you sleep through your potential.
