Every field carries one of two states: Documented, with an evidence summary and source; or Question surfaced for review. Not identified in the vendor-published sources reviewed. This does not establish absence of the control.

The dossier is reviewed against the source record before release. Each dossier includes a SHA-256 identifier tied to the reviewed evidence record used for that release.
