The 5-minute follow-up beats another ad
Most coaches I talk to don’t have a traffic problem. They have a Tuesday-night problem.
Someone fills out the form at 9:14pm. You see it at 8am. By then they’ve booked a cheaper consult, or they’ve cooled off and told themselves they’ll “come back to it.”
Leads that hear back in five minutes book at a completely different rate than the ones that wait an hour. You already know this. You just can’t sit on chat while you’re in a session.
What actually moves the number isn’t a clever opener. It’s:
A real first question, not “how can I help you today?”
Three qualification questions you would ask on a discovery call anyway
An email that references the thing they typed, sent the same night if they bounce
If your calendar is empty and your ads are “fine,” look at response time before you raise the budget.
That’s the whole product for me. Capture the visitor, ask the questions you’d ask, follow up until they book or opt out.
