The binge doesn't start with food

It starts three hours earlier.

You skipped the workout because a meeting ran late. Then you told yourself you'd "be good" at dinner to make up for it. Then you got home hungry, stressed, and already behind on the version of yourself you promised this morning.

That's the skip → restrict → binge loop. Most women I talk to (25–40, high-functioning, not "starting over" for the first time) don't need another meal plan. They need a protocol for that hour.

What actually works in the moment:

  • Name the loop out loud. "I skipped. I'm about to restrict. That's the setup."

  • Eat something you'd eat on a normal Tuesday — not a punishment meal, not a free-for-all.

  • Move for 12 minutes. Not a workout. A walk, a stretch, whatever doesn't require changing clothes.

  • Do not make a new plan tonight. The new plan is how the spiral stays alive.

If you only do one thing: stop using tomorrow as the reset button. The reset is today, in the next 20 minutes.

That's what Same Day Body is built for. Not a 12-week transformation. A protocol back the same day you text in.
