Don't compete with AI. Own what it does.

Most people are competing with AI by making more content. Operators own the system it runs.

A playbook is a named system with a cadence and a person who owns the week. LinkedIn. AI-search visibility. Whatever you already know how to run.

You do not have to write the playbook to sell it. You do not have to sell it to run it. The work is Build / Sell / Implement.

Bring the judgment. We'll bring the system.

Founder LinkedIn dies when the work isn't scheduled

Most owner-led companies don't have a LinkedIn problem. They have a calendar problem.

The founder posts when a deal closes. Outreach happens when pipeline is empty. Prospecting is a Sunday-night spreadsheet. Then it stops for three weeks.

We ran this for UMS. LinkedIn impressions went 338 → 58,493 in seven weeks. 96% of that was outside the existing network. Five partnerships followed. Not because the founder got more charismatic. Because prospecting, outreach, and content ran every day, owned by one operator, not by "when we have time."

The same pattern shows up in AI search. You don't "do AEO" once. You ship answer pages, keep the site current, and stay in the citation set. Miss a month and you fall out.

If you are the operator of your own company, the work that grows it has to run without you opening a tab. That's the whole product.
