Your main responsibility is to analyze content performance, identify winning formats, and turn those insights into actionable creative direction for our clipper network.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze performance across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

• Identify high-performing hooks, formats, structures, and creative angles

• Spot patterns across hundreds/thousands of pieces of content

• Create clear breakdowns of what's working and why

• Recommend which formats our clippers should double down on

• Communicate creative direction directly to clippers

• Monitor whether new iterations of winning formats continue performing

• Continuously test and refine formats

• Report key findings to the founder/team

You should be:

• Very analytical

• Good at recognizing patterns

• Able to understand why content goes viral

• Strong at communicating instructions clearly

• Comfortable managing a large creator/clipper network

• Fast-moving and proactive

Experience running or analyzing TikTok/short-form content is highly preferred.
