We made saving money feel like a video game (and it actually works)

Every budgeting app follows the same formula: connect your bank, stare at pie charts, feel bad, close the app, repeat.

We built SaveQuest because we wanted saving money to feel like leveling up in a game — not filling out a spreadsheet.

Here's how it works:

📊 You tell us where your money goes.

Input your monthly expenses by category — rent, food, subscriptions, transportation, all of it. Takes 5 minutes. SaveQuest gives you a clean visual breakdown of your spending.

🧠 AI finds where you're bleeding money.

Our AI engine compares your spending against smart benchmarks and finds the gaps. It doesn't just say "spend less" — it generates specific challenges with real dollar targets:

  • "Cut dining out by $47/mo — bring lunch to campus 3x a week"

  • "Review that $30 subscription — is it worth it?"

  • "Try a no-spend weekend — save $75"

Each challenge has a difficulty rating and an XP reward.

⚔️ Accept challenges. Save money. Level up.

When AI suggests a way to save, you accept it as a challenge. When you actually follow through and save that money — you complete the challenge, earn XP, and climb the ranks.

There are 10 levels from Rookie Saver to SaveQuest Champion. There's a leaderboard. There are 12 achievements to unlock. Your streak tracks how many consecutive days you save.

The whole point is that saving money should have the same dopamine loop as a game: clear goal → take action → get rewarded → see progress → want to do it again.

Who it's for:

If you're in college or in your early 20s and you know you should be saving but every finance tool makes you want to fall asleep — this is for you.

$4.99/mo. That's less than one DoorDash delivery fee. And the AI will probably find you $50-200/mo in savings within your first analysis.

The math does itself.
