Why most bootcamp programs fail people in week 3 (and how to fix it)
Ran a lot of group training sessions before starting Savion, and the drop-off pattern is always the same: people crush week 1 on adrenaline, coast through week 2, then vanish by week 3.
It's almost never a fitness problem. It's an accountability problem. A few things that actually move the needle:
Daily check-ins beat weekly check-ins. If someone can disappear for 6 days before anyone notices, they will.
Group energy > solo willpower. People who train in a cohort with visible peers stick around 3-4x longer than people doing the same program alone.
Nutrition guidance has to be simple, not perfect. Overly rigid meal plans get abandoned in 10 days. Directional guidance (protein target, calorie range) sticks.
The coach has to actually show up. Pre-recorded videos with no live feedback loop feel like a subscription, not a program. People pay for a program that pays attention back.
Built Savion Bootcamp around fixing exactly this — daily programming, live coach check-ins, and a cohort that keeps each other honest. If you've bounced off fitness programs before because they got lonely or repetitive, that's the actual root cause, not lack of discipline.
