**VIP B2B Rep Placement (as needed): We will source and refer sales reps, including setters and closers, and assist with onboarding for client. You are responsible for hires, pays, manages, and owns all reps. **

Placement Fees (per rep, one-time):

• Setters: $1,500 per placement

• Closers: $2,000 per placement

We do NOT employ any reps and makes no performance guarantees. Client hires all reps, pays all reps, manages all reps, owns all reps.

Placement Fees: due immediately upon the rep being onboarded (successfully completes first day) and will be billed separately. Reps will have the option to interview with other offers besides client's until they accept the official offer from client. Failure to pay pauses all coaching and placement services.
