Same engine everywhere, so training happens once and a coordinator who moves campus already knows the file.

HOW IT WORKS
• Teachers pick the resource, date and period from three dropdowns and type their class and name.
• The Status column answers instantly: ✅ Booked, or ❌ Already booked / fixed timetable / out of service.
• Week View, Today and Overview pages print for the door or the office.
• Setup per file: Sunday or Monday week start, 5 or 6 school days, up to 10 periods, up to 12 resources, Out-of-service switch, booking window, optional weekly cap per teacher. Fixed Timetable blocks weekly lessons automatically.

Works in Excel 2016 or later (desktop, Microsoft 365, Excel for the web) and Google Sheets. No macros, no add-ins, no logins for teachers. Includes updates to the files.
