Every edition is the same engine. Teachers pick the resource, date and period from three dropdowns and type their class and name; the Status column answers instantly — ✅ Booked, or ❌ Already booked / fixed timetable / out of service — so nobody can double-book and nobody has to referee. Week View, Today and Overview pages print for the door or the office.

HOW SCHOOLS USE THE PACK
• Give one file to each department head: ICT runs Technology, Science runs Labs, PE runs its facilities, the office runs Halls & Meeting Rooms, the librarian runs the Library.
• Or run the whole school from the General edition and keep the others for departments that want their own.
• Setup takes five minutes per file: school name, Sunday or Monday week start, 5 or 6 school days, up to 10 periods, up to 12 resources, Out-of-service switch, booking window, optional weekly cap per teacher. Fixed Timetable blocks weekly lessons automatically.

Works in Excel 2016 or later (desktop, Microsoft 365, Excel for the web) and Google Sheets. No macros, no add-ins, no logins for teachers. Includes updates to the files.
