The lie ambitious moms need to stop believing
There's this unspoken rule that if you're a "good mom," your dreams should wait.
That you should put the business idea on hold until the kids are older. That wanting more somehow means you're not grateful for what you have. That being ambitious and being present are opposites.
I believed that for a while. And it almost cost me everything — not because I was failing as a mom, but because I was slowly losing myself.
Here's what I've learned: God didn't give you that dream by accident. The business idea that keeps you up at night? The vision you scribbled on a napkin during naptime? That's not distraction — that's calling.
Proverbs 31 wasn't about a woman who sat still. She was out here buying fields, running a business, AND taking care of her family. She did it all with wisdom, not guilt.
So if you're the mom who wants to build something — a side hustle, an agency, a real estate portfolio, whatever it is — while also being present for bedtime stories and first steps... you're not crazy. You're called.
That's exactly why I built Seasons Of Grace Co. A space where faith meets ambition and "mom guilt" gets replaced with purpose.
You don't have to figure it out alone. 🌿
