Been watching the clipping space blow up for a year now — CPM campaigns, view bounties, brands throwing thousands at creators for cutting content. Almost none of it reaches Serbia/Balkans creators, and it's not because the talent isn't there.

1. Most campaigns are posted in English-first communities that never reach here

2. No one's aggregating the actual good bounties (CPM $1.50-3, real budgets, real payout history) in one place for our region

3. Editors here are fast and cheap by global standards but have no pipeline to clients

So I started Serbia Clips — free to join, we just pull in active clipping bounties (TikTok/IG/YouTube), post the briefs, and members submit and get paid per view like anywhere else. No membership fee, no gatekeeping.
