Here's what actually works when you have limited time:

Trade higher timeframes. The 4H and daily charts give you clean setups that don't require constant monitoring. Set your entry, set your stop, and walk away.

Focus on 2-3 pairs max. You don't need to watch 30 instruments. Pick your strongest setups across forex, gold, or crypto and get to know their behavior inside out.

Use alerts, not screen time. Every broker lets you set price alerts. Use them. Let the market come to you instead of chasing it.

Risk management > win rate. A 50% win rate with 2:1 reward-to-risk is profitable. Most beginners chase 90% win rates and end up taking tiny profits with massive losses.
