Not included

• Video and image creatives. You provide these.
• Ad spend. Google bills it directly to your own Google Ads account.

Billing

• $2,000 per month base retainer, billed in advance.
• Plus 5% of your monthly ad spend, charged only in months your agreed target ROAS is hit. This is sent as a separate invoice.
• Miss the target ROAS in a month, and you pay the base retainer only.
• Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable.
