1. Airbnb Co-hosting — You don't need to own property. Find landlords who are too busy to manage their listings and offer to handle it for 15-20% of the booking revenue. Post in local Facebook groups or reach out on Craigslist.

2. Amazon product reviews → affiliate content — Start a TikTok or IG page reviewing products you already own. Drop Amazon affiliate links. People buy stuff every day — you just need to be the person who helps them decide.

3. Sell other people's stuff on Facebook Marketplace — Ask friends, family, neighbors if they have anything they want gone. List it for them, keep a cut. Zero inventory, zero risk.

4. Freelance micro-services — Can you write? Edit videos? Make Canva graphics? List a $5-15 gig on Fiverr today. Your first review is the hardest part — after that it snowballs.

5. Resell free stuff — Check the "free" section on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. Pick up furniture, clean it up, flip it for $50-200.
