Here's the lineup I actually recommend to anyone starting out:

1. Innova Aviar (Putter) — The most thrown disc in history for a reason. Dead straight, reliable in any wind. You'll putt with this for years.

2. Discraft Buzzz (Midrange) — Neutral flight, holds any line you put it on. This is 60% of your game right here.

3. Latitude 64 River (Fairway Driver) — Speed 7, tons of glide. This will go farther than any high-speed driver you try to muscle. Trust me.

4. Innova Leopard (Fairway Driver) — Understable, great for learning turnovers and shaping shots through the woods.

5. Discraft Undertaker (Control Driver) — Speed 9, but manageable. Once your arm speed builds, this is your first real distance disc.

That's it. Five discs, probably under $60 total. You don't need 20 molds — you need to learn 5.
