August 5, 2026,

Today the market was brutally slow, making it tough to maintain discipline and avoid trading out of boredom. But we held the line, kept our focus, and didn’t take a single trade until the right setup appeared.

Right at 8 AM, YXT—a Chinese symbol with no news—started to squeeze. I stepped up to the plate with 3,000 shares, spotted my A+ setup, and caught a phenomenal bull flag opportunity. That play delivered a nearly $2,000 winner, setting us up with a fantastic profit right out of the gate.

Trading is a journey of management, though. Later on, I reduced my size and took some smaller losses, giving back a good chunk of that win on YXT. Then, INLF—another Chinese company with no news—started to accelerate upward. I stepped up again and was able to lock in nearly $1,000, pushing us right back up toward our highs.

I am so grateful to finish today green, closing up $2,152.35—just a little bit off our all-time daily highs. More than anything, I am grateful that I didn't let FOMO win, didn't lower my quality threshold, and simply said no to the rest so I could focus only on the best. By looking for momentum and volatility, capitalizing on micro pullbacks, respecting support and resistance levels, and executing that phenomenal bull flag, we made it work.

Stay practicing, build up your instincts, and most importantly, build up your muscle of discipline. I'm looking forward to getting back at it with all of you first thing tomorrow morning.

VIP Trade Recap: July 13, 2026

Today was day one of our small account challenge, and I decided to reduce my account size to under $2,000 to keep things focused. The market was incredibly choppy and offered some very tough price action.

As I broke down in our 5:45 AM VIP master class, I spent the first hour of our live stream demonstrating how I trade micro pullbacks against half and whole dollar resistance levels. My primary emphasis today—as always—was on cutting my losers incredibly fast if the price didn't hold those key levels.

I am grateful for a Green Day, closing up $382.35.

The market gave us some solid opportunities early on. QTTB showed nice acceleration, but unfortunately, it turned into a "pop and drop." I missed that move due to some technical difficulties with my Loupedeck and Razer gear. However, I didn't let those technical gremlins mentally compromise me; I stayed patient and remained vigilant for the next setup.

Then, PLSM hit the tape with some breaking news. It started accelerating, and I was able to capitalize on some really nice micro pullbacks with strict respect to those half and whole dollar levels. My accuracy was very high today—I only had one loser, and I cut it quick, keeping it very small in comparison to my winners.

I’m looking forward to getting back at it tomorrow for day two of the small account challenge. Let’s keep grinding and pushing forward.

As a reminder, if you are interested in one-on-one mentorship, I have limited spots available. To qualify for the free coaching, you must complete at least 80% of the Beginners Roadmap in the learning library, as well as 80% of the risk management quizzes and tests.

Otherwise, I’ll see everyone back in the room bright and early tomorrow morning.

The 10-Day Discipline Blueprint: How to Break the Cycle of Losing

Good evening, everyone! I hope you all had a beautiful, smooth, and relaxing weekend.

I’m sharing this tonight because I know how incredibly tough the trading journey can be. If you are currently feeling stuck, struggling with the mental side of trading, entering trades too early, or holding onto losing positions for too long—you are not alone. It is easy to get caught in a cycle of frustration, but you can break it.

To anyone out there chasing this dream while balancing family, jobs, and life: do not lose hope. You don't need shortcuts; you need an iron-clad foundation.

If you are ready to build real discipline and turn things around, here is your exact blueprint for the next 10 days to two weeks:

Step 1: Strip It Down to the Basics

• Study Chapters 1–10: Head over to the "Beginner Start Here" section of the Learning Library and study Chapters 1 through 10.

• Ace the Quizzes: Take the quizzes for each of these chapters and aim for a 100% score on them. Ensure you have a flawless grasp of the fundamentals before you even think about moving forward.

• Get Back in the Simulator: If you are not consistently profitable, do not risk your hard-earned capital. Strip away the financial pressure and get into the simulator to rebuild your confidence.

• Keep It Under 10 Trades: Limit yourself to a maximum of 10 trades per day. Stop trading everything that moves.

Step 2: Master One Specific Setup

• Focus Only on Micro Pullbacks: This is the exact setup I demonstrate every single morning in my Live Pre-Trading Master Class at 5:45 AM.

• Look for A+ Quality: Only take trades where the setup perfectly aligns with the Five Pillars of Stock Selection. It needs to be completely obvious before you enter.

• Target Half and Whole Dollar Levels: Only look for micro pullback opportunities at major half and whole dollar resistance areas.

Step 3: Your #1 Goal – Cut Losers Instantly

• Trade Small Size: Keep your size small in the simulator so you can focus entirely on your execution, not the numbers.

• Kill the Position Immediately: When the market gives you an opportunity for a micro pullback at a half or whole dollar level, you get in. If for any reason the symbol fails to hold that level, you kill the entire position instantly.

• Grade Yourself on Execution: Stop grading yourself on how much simulator money you make. Your only grade is how fast you cut your losers the exact moment a level breaks.

Master One Step at a Time

Trading has seven or eight distinct steps. The biggest mistake developing traders make is getting familiar with Step 1, moving on to try and master Step 2, skipping to Step 3, and getting sloppy. Don't do that.

Focus entirely on Step 1 right now. Become an absolute master of the micro pullback and cutting losers fast. Once you have mastered that step, you can add a little more to your tool belt. Eventually, it will all click, and you will naturally integrate Level 2, Time and Sales, Bull Flags, ABCD patterns, and Cup and Handle setups.

One brick at a time. This is exactly what worked for me, and it is how you will build true consistency.

See You at 5:45 AM

For those with access to the Live Trading Master Class, I will see you bright and early tomorrow morning for the live stream! If you can't make it live, the archives are always available for you to watch later.

Note: For all VIP members tuning into the replays, remember that direct time stamps are linked in the description of every video so you can navigate the lessons easily.

You have the work ethic. Now let’s build the discipline. Stay focused, stick to the plan, and let's get to work!

🚀 LIVE RECAP: May 15, 2026 — Masterclass in Resilience! 📈🔥

What a rollercoaster of a session! 🎢 Today started off slow, but it turned into a phenomenal teaching moment for the community. We kicked things off with a deep dive into reading Time & Sales and recognizing real confirmation before the volume started to flow. 🕯️🕵️‍♂️

The Battle of SLE & PILL ⚔️💊

The morning was a test of patience. I took an early hit on SLE, but instead of getting frustrated, I stayed disciplined. 🛡️ I decided to "size down" to just a quarter of my starter position, slowly chipping away at that loss. 🧱 The goal was simple: if it was going to be a Red day, I was going to keep it a tiny Red day. 🤏

Then came the "Stormy Weather" of PILL. 🌩️ I saw the massive volume surge and the trend accelerating. Then, the nightmare happened: I fumbled my hotkeys. ⌨️🚫 I accidentally closed a 2,000-share position for a $420 loss while trying to cancel an order the market skipped! 😱

The Recovery & The Lesson 🧠💡

This is where the psychology of a pro kicks in. Instead of revenge trading or becoming emotionally compromised, I stayed calm:

• The Recovery: I caught a $.50/share acceleration on a 500-share piece that knocked $275 off that fumble immediately! 👊💥

• The Demonstration: I spent the rest of the session live-demonstrating how to play whole and half-dollar psychological levels and how to spot those micro-pullbacks. 🎯

• The Result: By keeping a close eye on the massive sellers on Level 2 and staying small with my size, I navigated the chaos to finish with a Total Day RPL of $798.32! 💰✅

Weekend Wisdom 🥂✨

The biggest win today wasn't the money—it was the discipline. 💪 Fumbling hotkeys can break a trader's spirit, but we didn't let it. We stayed small, stayed patient, and let the setup come to us. 🧘‍♂️

I am so grateful to be Green and even more grateful for the focus you all showed today! 🙏 Let this session be a reminder: never let a mistake turn into a disaster. Keep your head clear, respect your stops, and always wait for confirmation. 🏁

Have an incredible, relaxing weekend, everyone! ☀️ Recharge those batteries, and I’ll see you all bright and early for the market open on Monday! 🚀🌟

Just got asked a fantastic question.... want to share my reply with everyone.....

Hey, i am getting into 10sec scalping like this, how do you set your stoploss when you enter quickly, do you use order brackets when you enter so a stoploss is automatically put or do you move it yourself after entry? or no stoploss?

Great question! 🎯 For 10-second scalps, especially in Premarket, keep in mind that standard Stop Loss orders aren't available—you can only execute using Limit Orders. 🛑

I personally rely on Mental Stop Losses. Why? Because Market Makers and HFT (High-Frequency Trading) algorithms can often see resting stop orders on the book. 'Stop Hunting' is a very real tactic where price is driven down specifically to trigger those stops before rallying back up. 🕵‍♂

My approach is to lean heavily on Overall Market Sentiment, focusing on Bull Flag micro-pullbacks and key Support/Resistance levels. I stay agile and exit manually based on the tape! ⚡"

Someone asked a fantastic question, and I want to share my response to that question with everyone....

What are you using to practice your support and resistance and micro pullbacks if you don’t mind me asking?

🧠 My secret weapon has always been Self-Review & Tape Study. Here is exactly how I practice to master those levels:

🎥 Step 1: Record Everything

I screen record every single live session, specifically capturing my Time & Sales and Level 2. You can’t catch everything in the heat of the moment, so having a 'game tape' is crucial! 📼📊

✍ Step 2: Take Live 'Time Stamps'

During the live market, I jot down specific times when I notice:

Hidden Sellers: Large orders holding a price down. 🕵‍♂🛑

Price Acceleration: When the tape speeds up and moves the price

.50, or even $1.00 instantly! 🚀💨

🔍 Step 3: Deep Dive Review

Later that day, I go back to those exact time stamps and play the recording at 0.5x speed (half-speed). 🐢 This allows me to see exactly how the orders hit the tape at key Support & Resistance areas. 🧐

🧱 Step 4: Master the 'Psych Levels'

I focus heavily on identifying how price reacts at whole and half-dollar levels ($10.00, $10.50, etc.). 📉 I practice spotting the exact moment a previous resistance level flips into new support. 🔄✅

📅 Step 5: Daily Routine

The most important part? Doing this every single day. 🔁 Repetition is the mother of skill—you have to get those screen hours in to build that intuition! 💻🚀"

Ouch. 📉 Today was a wild ride on $BIAF. Got caught in that brutal flush and watched 90% of my daily profits evaporate in an instant. 💨💸

Still, I’m walking away with my head up because I’m finishing the day GREEN. ✅ It’s a reminder that the market can give and take just as fast. Back to the drawing board and back to the charts. 📚✍️ The grind never stops and the goal is always to get 1% better every single day.

Stay disciplined, 🛡️💎
