As you're out living your life this weekend, don't forget to take a few b-videos!!

Whether you're working, at the pool, with your kids, creating content, cooking dinner, or just out running errands... take 10–15 seconds to film the moment.

You'll be glad you have them when it's time to create content next week!

Okay you guys know I love testing random Instagram theories for us. 🤣

I was about to post an in the moment static photo to my stories, and then I thought...

What if I posted it to my feed first... and then shared it to my stories?

In theory, it should get more eyes on it since it'd be reaching both your feed and your stories.

It reminds me of how we all used to use Instagram before everything became reels.

I'm testing it a few times this week and I'll let you know what happens.

Could be nothing... or it could be a really simple little way to reach more people. 🤞🏼

What’s one thing you’ve started doing recently that you’re proud of?

Instagram Plus just launched, and I had to try it out. 👀

I know it's getting mixed reviews, but there are already a few features I actually really like.

✨ Spotlight one story each week, which gives it a nice boost. I tested it the other day, and that story reached about 4x more people than usual.

✨ Extend your stories to 48 hours, which is great for launches, announcements, or anything you want people to have more time to see.

✨ Pin up to 6 posts on your profile instead of 3.

✨ Add stories directly to your highlights without posting them to your story first.

There are a few other features too, but those are the ones that stood out to me.

I think this makes the most sense for business owners who are actively promoting products and services.

Just a heads up, it is $3.99 a month but I will say I'm liking it so far!!

☀️ JUNE CONFIDENCE CHALLENGE ☀️

Alright guys, I'm excited for this. This challenge is designed to help you become more confident on camera.

Will it feel uncomfortable at times? Probably. 😅

But confidence comes from showing up and doing things that are uncomfortable.

✨ Your Challenge:

Show your face and use your voice at least 3 times per week throughout June.

This can be:
🎥 A talking-to-camera reel
📱 A talking-to-camera story
🎙️ A live video (you're welcome to go live with each other!)

Every Friday, I'll check in to see where everyone is at. 💛

🏆 There will be TWO winners at the end of the challenge based on courage, consistency and showing up throughout the month.

Remember, the more your audience sees your face, hears your voice, and gets to know you, the easier it becomes to build trust AND the more confident you become.
