The usual suggestions can come close and still leave you wondering where you’d feel at home. Discovery helps you find communities that suit your life and what you want next, including places you may never have considered.

You’ll receive up to three recommended communities overall, a residential area to explore in each, written findings with sources, and a map. The research covers housing within your budget, everyday travel and services, the compromises each place involves, and what to explore during a visit.

Start with your written intake. I’ll review your answers, ask follow-up questions, and send you a brief to confirm before the search begins. Allow two to three weeks for research after brief confirmation. One round of adjustments within your brief is included.

We can work entirely through private Whop messages. A 45-minute discovery call and a 30-minute review call are included if you’d like to talk.

US Discovery — $600 USD: research within the United States.

International Discovery — $900 USD total: US locations, other countries, or both, including published residency research. Up to three communities overall.

Both are one-time payments. For more involved support, including planning a trial stay, message me to discuss a separate engagement and fee.
