The SpaceX IPO Will Change Everything

On February 27, 2026 — yesterday — Bloomberg reported that SpaceX is preparing to file confidentially for an IPO that could value the company at more than $1.75 trillion.

Read that again. $1.75 trillion.

That would make it the largest IPO in history. Larger than Saudi Aramco. Larger than Alibaba. SpaceX is aiming to raise $50 billion in what will be the most anticipated public offering since… well, ever.
