Most teenagers think confidence means being loud.

It doesn’t.

Real confidence is speaking even when you feel nervous.

A lot of teens stay quiet because they overthink:
• “What if I sound weird?”
• “What if they judge me?”
• “What if I embarrass myself?”

Truth is: most people are too focused on themselves to care that much.

If you want to become more confident this week, do these 3 things:

  1. Speak 20% slower

  2. Hold eye contact for 2 seconds longer

  3. Start one small conversation a day

Confidence is built through reps, not genetics.

The quietest person in the room can become the most respected.

If you’re trying to level up socially as a teenager, start today. Small actions change everything.
