The course blends clear thinking, embodied awareness, and grounded spiritual practice. “Spiritual” here doesn’t mean abstract ideas or altered states; it means learning to relate to experience directly, with attention and honesty. Each day is designed to be accessible, calming, and practical, requiring about 5–10 minutes.
