Quality referrals are rewarded.
For example:
Qualified creator referral: $10–$25
Creator accepted into our talent network: additional $25–$100
High-value/established talent: $100–$250+
Exceptional talent / major creator: special performance rewards
And the opportunity doesn't necessarily end with the first referral.
As our network grows, top-performing scouts can qualify for higher referral rates, performance bonuses and regional leadership opportunities.
