The $50,000 difference between being liked and being respected
I've watched two people pitch the exact same idea to the exact same client. One got a polite smile and a "we'll think about it." The other closed the deal on the spot.
Same idea. Same room. Completely different outcome.
The difference was certainty. The first person presented options, asked what they thought, and left room for doubt. The second person said "here's what we're doing and why it works" โ and meant it.
People don't buy from people they like. They buy from people they trust. And trust comes from the perception that you know exactly what you're doing.
If you're losing deals, getting passed over, or constantly having to re-prove yourself โ the problem isn't your skills. It's your signal. And signals can be fixed once you see them.

I mapped out every signal that kills authority and exactly how to fix each one in the Social Authority Blueprint. No fluff, just the patterns.
