Service Lab helps you work through the decisions that make client work feel uncertain:

• Find a problem worth solving. Ask about the buyer’s current process, where work gets stuck, and what needs to change.
• Explain your offer clearly. Choose one customer and service, start buyer conversations, and improve the offer using what you learn.
• Discuss price with confidence. Calculate your costs and put deliverables, payments, and responsibilities in a clear proposal.
• Deliver with fewer loose ends. Agree on acceptance checks, handover, extra work, and support boundaries before the project starts.

Work through a four-week starting path with guides, editable documents, calculators, and two fictional examples. Bring a focused question to a coaching call or your weekly review submission.

Coaching: Thursdays, 22:00–23:00 Europe/Bucharest on Whop Live; recordings for members. Reviews: Tuesday and Friday. One submission per week: up to 400 words, one artifact with private details removed, and one question.
